Request a Dentist Appointment

We understand that unplanned issues can come up, sicknesses may occur and you may need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. There will be a fee of $100.00 per hour for all no-show appointments, and short-notice appointments (those appointments not cancelled/rescheduled under 48 hours). Our doctors & hygienists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients. Cancellations must be completed by calling the office and leaving a voicemail if no one is able to answer. Monday appointments must be cancelled by the end of the work day on Friday due to the office being closed over the weekend.
